I have two questions about the template which i am planning to upload to themeforest. These are the missing points that i could not find the answers from the template installation guidelines.

1. There are some items in my template which i have purchased the extended licences and also i got the authorizations of these items from the licence owners. I have used these items on my template by adjusting the designs according to my templates appearance and i will mention that point at the description part. The question is do i have to include the original source files of these items at the template download folder ?

2. I have used the fancybox plugin on my template as it is being used at many templates at Themeforest. Will it be a problem to use it ? Or do i have to apply a special process in order to use the fancy box ?
