Hello

You will need a specific theme that supports RTL, you can check the description page of the item in question or you can always ask the author of the theme you have your eye on.

Cheers

Here are some example of sites done in ‘Modern Hebrew’ using the best selling AVADA theme. I found them on the portfolio of one of the testimonials quoted on AVADA’s home page.

Those examples are what people did, but you can do anything you want depends on your skills.

Actually it is more design skills, since majority of themes here allows you to import demo content, then all you have to do choose the page that you like change text and images and your up and running really fast, now when customising starts that takes some time. but basically you do not need coding and in most cases support is great.

Sorry about the quality of design. I was just showing you it is possible to use Hebrew (or ‘Modern Hebrew’ in this case) in a wordpress theme.

This author is from Tel Aviv according to her profile and has great support: http://themeforest.net/user/virtuti/portfolio?WT.ac=item_portfolio&WT.z_author=virtuti

I once created this website: http://www.hcirihut.co.il/ with this (very old) theme:

http://themeforest.net/item/black-box-portfolio-and-business-wordpress-theme/114945

But they have since converted it to a different cms and changed the design somewhat.

Using a theme mainly involves Design skills and there is great support on the net for wordpress. Buy a big theme with lots of sales and go for it!
