If you get frustrated you can always use global variables. Such as:
_global.myVar = 1;
It’s easy to use, but kind of a sloppy way to program.

yes you could use global variables they are very easy to use and allow a variable to be called from anywhere in the AS but like Fougie said, it is a sloppy way to program

I understand you completely.. But in this case I could not find any literature on what I was trying to do cuz I didn’t even really know what it was called.. Remember that I’m completely new to flash and don’t know all the technical terms yet, nor am I anything close to good at programming.. Sorry to inconvenience you..

the background is matched the FD color: Isn’t it possible to upload a png with no background? I think it should.
Yes you can use a transparent .png.
I did on my profile page.
Wait, my bad maybe not…. I was wrong. I only used my .png on the profile “page” not uploaded as an “avatar”. I’m retarded.
