The guy might have had a bit more luck trying to get it through their thick skulls if he had just pointed out that 0.002C per Kb = 2c per Mb (approx) so how much is 36Mb? (though maybe not .. they appeared to be particularly impervious to logic )

That was simply hilarious Unbelievable, he asks the difference, each time they say yes. He keeps going lower, yes, yes, yes. But all of a sudden $0.002 is the same as 0.002p, wtf
