Hello,
I bought this template http://videohive.net/item/phoenix-logo-opening/55795
The problem is that the version I have does not match the video preview, I have all plugins, no error message, the correct version of AE CS4 and I do the same test on AE CS5 , it does not work.
I do not know what I can do to retrieve the same version in the video preview.

Should not be blind to see that there is a big difference.
