giving support is hard job. I have currently only two items which are selling quite good, and every day I get 5-10 email with questions about them, and there are also comments under every item which I try to reply. I try to give the best support I can, but now it’s hard, so I can’t imagine what it looks like when you have 20 items and platinium badge
