Nah – the guy is a douche. http://jcpcreations.com.au/?p=701 – This right here can be found in ConstantinPotorac’s portofolio.So this guy buys designs from here (that’s fine ofcourse), but then puts it up on his site presenting them as his own (shouldn’t GR take some action for this?) and cherry on top when his clients tell him that they saw their “exclusive” design in here, instead of telling them he actually gave them a stock GR design, he comes in here and accuses authors for copyrights to cover his a$$. The nerve of some people. I hope he never buys anything of mine, his site gets on the black list for future check ups.

Everything is possible. Some time, not far ago I found a website distributing massive amounts of envato items. I contacted the support and got my badge. So basically people downloading items from that obscure but rich with items website could in fact present them as their own.

hey indieground.. on another note.
I can’t see the preview of your file. Did you created the jpeg for the preview in CMYK Mode? That means that IE6 , IE7 and IE8 users cannot see the preview, because it is not loaded by that browsers. (I think every other IE cannot show it either)
Just saying that, because a big amount of potential customers are not going to be able to see your preview. I would recomend you to upload your jpg preview as a RGB .
Edit: Oh… all of your previews are in CMYK …... I cannot see them. And same goes to all of your thumbnails….. they are also in CMYK mode….....
