video preview problem

when i am hitting preview button on the item page on videohive it showing a white pop up window

and in audiojungle also iam not able to play the audio in its own item page

is iam the only one who is facing the problem plz reply me some one

I did faced the issue, later I understood it is something to do with internet speed as well as server from envato may be slow, don’t know this is the exact answer, but i believe so
