Would vintage images be allowed for sale? For example a vintage illustration of a parrot with the background removed could be an isolated object (or several images of birds as I would be planning on doing sets). I do see images of old book covers, paper textures and vintage swirls and lettering but all those are a bit different in subject matter I suppose.

I’ve viewed the terms and FAQ’s and such but I remain unclear about this situation.

I suppose they should be allowed. if they are just images and cut outs you should try uploading those to photodune.

Only if they are high resolution vintage photos.

I hope i got your question correctly here?

I think if you were to create vintage scenes with various old elements of a non descriptive brand (like its not allowed apparently to show the brands of apple for example ) I think it would be allowed for Photodune.

If in the case of isolating elements of a certain brand – for example- , just photoshopping the brand out would suffice. And you could post the elements to “More> Isolated objects” category.
