My website was moved from /public_html to a sub folder. Website works fine, but I can not edit pages in wordpress. Someone suggested I re-install the Vulcan theme. I have tried, but failed. When I activate another theme everything works.

What is the correct procedure for re-installing the Vulcan theme?

Hey!

You could use the Duplicator plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ . Which does a pretty good job of moving wp installs.

Cheers
