PSD category requires very detailed and acurate styles , and secondly your theme its nothing unique compare with other items on the market .. need better typography , flashy graphics & unique elements ..

You will get rejected because you used Stockphoto instead of a Photodune in your item preview 
Just kidding, but I am afraid it will not be accepted, it’s not “nice” enough to go as a PSD. When I look at it, it kinda reminds me of what was popular 3-4 years ago.
