Hey all,
http://monicamo.deviantart.com/art/Website-PSD-MV-107265959
I think i don’t need to say any more, this is maybe nothing like Collis did butt i don’t think hey has the right to give something hey made from a tutorial away like that.
What’s your opinion?
PS: from the same user http://monicamo.deviantart.com/art/Card-107095586 i believe PSDtuts has a PSDtuts Plus section where users can buy psd of those tutorials for as low of 9 USD a month and then some folks give them away for free.
that is not the only one. Good find…I don’t think it’s acceptable.

Hehe, big trouble indeed
Hey Guys,
I am not sure she is in any violation. Now I’m not jumping on anyone’s side here, but before anyone jumps to conclusions… as long as she isn’t providing the exact .psd file (ie. the one from tuts plus) for free than I’m not sure she is in violation of anything. Correct me if I am wrong, but I think if she made the .psd from scratch and followed the tuts and then offers them for free, technically it would appear to be legal. Anyone have any thoughts on that?
Haha ouch! I agree with no violation of copyright. Weird ha =)

I think you’re right on that, but until the differ has been proved, I say he/she is in trouble. But on the other hand, I think people who pay for their PSDs, aren’t going to give them away just like that..
Yeah I didn’t download any of the .psd(s) to check, but from some of the screenshots it appears they are a little different. To me that means that she likely made them herself… nevertheless something to look into.
