I’m leaning towards simplicity. Website is way easier to navigate.

The trends will be the same as always. Make “cool” websites with the latest tools that are responsive for Iphones and Ipads. Oh… and what the public wants. Trends kill creativity as you can see here in TF.

I agree with above, but public usually follow trends. Creativity can be to create something that is trendy but stand out from the crowd :)
