So let’s say I got hired from a startup and they want me to do all the design related stuff. Web design (PSD, HTML5 and CSS3 ), User Experience, graphic design (logo, banners/tarpaulin)

What is the right job title for this? I’m thinking about Art Director but that job does more than that.
