Website coder for site needed. Jquery/mootools/javascript/css

I’m looking for quotes to code a website design that I have already made in Fireworks.

The site is for a musician and needs to be css for speed and make good use of jquery/mootools to keep complete page refreshes to a minimum and expand hidden content in certain sections (I’m happy for you to use 3rd party scripts to keep the cost down). It also needs an mp3 player that keeps playing when loading new page content and a smooth top menu using custom fonts for good appearance.
