Website Layout Needed

I need a very specific custom layout for our website.

Has to be responsive, jquery all this stuff.

Anyone avaible?

Do you have a budget in mind – if so you may get more responses letting people know.

Also possibly more details along the lines of plain html or wordpress or some other framework or CMS or just photoshop design.

The budget depends on layout…i don’t have a idea on how much it costs, so we are open to receive any prices.(we know that a nice exclusive layout won’t be cheap, but needs to be reasonable.)

The website is about swimming, is pretty big.

We need just the plain html/css/ a little of jquery. we will develop everything else.

We also accept a psd layout for a lower price.
