He is reselling for a lower price our templates, that create an unfair competition with us authors. If this is allowed, nobody will create template and everybody will create his own website to offer templates at a cheaper price than authors. This is crazy!

This is taken from the extended license:
“For example: you may incorporate the Work, such as a music file, in a sound mixing software program that you or your client distributes
commercially. An unlimited number of copies of the software program may be made and sold but the Work cannot be incorporated in more than one software program or other work. “
In my case its not audio file, its a template file, and its not sound mixing but video mixing… But the rules are the same.
And guys… My audience is people that do not have AE installed… It is a $1000 software… I’m targeting regular non tech users… And besides that, my system is patent pending…
I’m paying $250 per template… I have hired a freelancer from India and he can create the same templates for the same price or at the most $500 for the advanced ones… So stop complaining about you not getting payed per video file I render…

I have no problem if your freelancer create templates for your website (and without reproduce our works, of course), I have a problem that you are reselling OUR templates for a price cheaper than what we sell us author, without paying us for each use.
Do it, ask to your freelancer to do the job, but don’t use our templates.

How many times do I have to say that my video software is only selling the rendered mp4 video file.
So no templates are being sold, only rendered mp4 video file.

YES .. The video is the MP4 video file… The user DO NOT HAVE access to the templates… The user can only download the MP4 video file produced by my video software…
