Has anyone managed to get the webtv by triworks to play local files as it is supposed to? getting an answer or support from him/her is like getting blood from a stone. I have posted on the product page numerous time as well as many others asking the same question.

Will pay for support on this issue provided its not from Triworks (he/she should be covering that by default) and post it for all other unfortunate customers that have purchased this file and need the answer.

1. Triworks should not provide free support. This is a myth. The authors don’t have to provide support. They should fix bugs through… 2. I have this file and it works fine. I can help you as a freelance project. My mail is seifip [at] gmail.com

take care, Philip Seyfi, divita.eu

Hi!

Don’t have much time.. just to drop an answer to this post. Our webtv was taked from our portfolio for a month or so and now it’s back. We tested it and it runs local files. The code will detect if you are using a YouTube link or a local address to your flv file and everything runs smoth. Just type the link to your local file on the XML .

BTW . deadbeatdad you posted your comment on our file 1 day ago on a weekend you shouldn’t expect to have 24/7 support. And I dont believe “WTF” might be the best way to ask for support.
