looks like something isn’t being urlencoded / decoded properly, little wierd. Have they altered the file at all or altered their php ini files?

I don’t think so, it’s strange because it is only happening when he receives mail from his AOL account.

I noticed that when my outlook express sents emails, if you look at the source, it has all these little =30 and =20 things. So it seems normal between email clients, AOL might just not like it :S

EDIT : i just did a sample submissions, the encoding looks fine, it’s an AOL issue. Seems they modify the email before the end user receives it.
