FD probably changed star rating scheme. Probably now you need more users to give 5 stars to mainatin 5 star rating. It s prolly somehow connected with FD announced higher quality files on FD idea…

I don’t think so, how would that work, the rating system is a simple average calculation, also I don’t see what benefit it would bring to FD, it is better for them to have 5 stars files.

As FD announced they changed their quality level to higher rank I think its logic they also changed rating system so less files will have 5star as now less files will be accepted and more refused for quality issues they need to have some space between real top 5 star files and others. SO from my point of view this step is logic now you have to have more people who give 5 stars to reach that. Anyway its just only my idea maybe its some sort of error on FD system…..

I really hope they have not changed anything, but, its odd that one day it would just change like it has.. 
I think it must be a mistake because all my files are 4 stars now but overall i have 5 stars!
