I haven’t had time to test the hosted version yet. They’ve only just recently launched it.

My hosting provider doesn’t support node.js. Which is unfortunate, it means I can’t install it on my own server.

I have tried ghost a bit and I find it fairly easy to customize (even with a lack of node.js knowledge), I wouldn’t say it was expensive either.
