Yes, getting 10K a month seems like a nice goal. I’m 15% there

And yes!! I envy TF authors too. They sell like crazy… that’s why I have to start learning PHP. I can easily design websites (do that already), I’m just not a programmer. But maybe I can be?

Hadn’t really thought about that… do they sell well? Designing a website is a lot more time consuming than designing a brochure or a magazine template – for me at least. So for me to do that, they would have to sell like hot cakes… or let’s maybe say, like ThemeForest templates! haha.. .

OFF TOPIC: Getting ‘Featured’ is actually not a goal because it is not something you can achieve based on a certain number or file. It is a sort of random pick. ON TOPIC: My target someday is to be among GR top 5 and to get the Elite badge. In one month or so, I will get a ‘Gold Paw’. By God’s grace I will also get the Elite badge sometime this year.

Yes, they do sell reasonably well, it’s a good way to start as a themeforest author before you get bombarded with support related questions and queries.

My main goal is to deliver new items more frequently and get that golden badge. I’m also working on referalls, so I hope I’ll jump over 1000 refs. in 1 or 2 months (906 refs. now).

Yeah, maybe you are right. Will look into that. And maybe soon start learning PHP. Looks like that’s where the big bucks are. Haha…

I think that my immediate goal ( and I’m quite sure plenty of others too) would be to quit our day jobs to be replaced by being full time authors here, gaining a steady amount per month. However, for now it is quite a high bar for me, since so far I just been able to sell one item.
