Since when?? I’m pretty sure Windows 98 had it, and Mac’s have it so why not Vista? Well whatever, I bet I can find it for free! hehehe :D

No, he’s right. It’s not included with Windows or OS X . You have to buy it separately.

I often start with this in CSS and then take out or change something around =)...

Uh for me would probably be Myriad Pro, Lucida Grande and the classic Helvetica.

Funnily enough, I am partial to Times New Roman! However, I believe it should never be used a user interface/body text and instead in more typographic illustrations.

My computer for some stupid reason doesn’t have hevetica :( I’ts Windows Vista Ultimate :( Why not?

I’m pretty sure Microsoft decided not to pay for the licensing to use the font in it’s Operating System and therefore decided to create the knock-off version ‘Arial’. Look at the two back to back and you will notice huge similarities.
