I’ve read the FAQ over and over again but still didn’t really understand . ^^ Well my question is can i use the standard license for creating a website where i will sell something ? or an admin template for some tool for seo or else where the end user is charged ?

If you use the template to create a website, it doesn’t matter what you do on that website, then the standard license is ok. But if you include the template in a product that you’ll sell(ie: a HTML5 application) then you need the extended license.

No, because you actually don’t redistribute the template, but you use it to display and information to your users.

I thought you could only use the product on one domain/website irrespective of the fact they are your websites. One licence for one website ?

I would suggest contacting support with your specific use case and see what they say.

http://support.envato.com

“Selling something” could mean many things.

If you’re running an ecommerce site, a regular license would apply.

If you’re running a site that provides a service in which your customers will make use of the tools provided by the product you’re licensing, I believe you need an extended license. But there seems to be some grey area here.

In either case, the license is single-use.

But again I’d definitely contact support for clarification. The licenses can be a bit ambiguous for specific scenarios.
