I like a little flavor in my black so most of the time I’ll use a #111 or #222, but straight black #000 has its place as well it’s all dependent on the look you’re trying to achieve.

agree. I’m not usually a fan of the straight black, so usually go a really dark grey. but there are times when the straight black is the go… its pretty easy to just have a squiz and see what looks best.

Depends what it’s for :P I rarely use #000 for text, but I’ll use it in backgrounds and stuff.
