It was great 70% rate week 
But if we have 2 days every month with 70% rate it will be great. As full time Envato author from 6 months it would be a great support for me.

The 70% week was in celebration of Envato’s birthday. Not only is a great gift to authors, it really stimulates file upload counts and gives the marketplaces an anual little spark. When it becomes a monthly thing, I’m afraid it would lose quite a bit of this exclusivity and would just end up being about a few lucky bucks 
So while there’s obvious gain to be had personally, I don’t think it’s much good for the marketplaces as a whole.

If you sold $75,000 worth of items you’d be at 70% rate anyway, eh?
I’d say it is not a good idea, the harder it is to get to the 70% rate the better it feels once you do. High rate is a reward for hard work and consistency through the months/years.
