I think this is a long way off.
The spacing is wrong. The typography is bad, your logo font just doesn’t work. I’m pretty sure you’re not using a grid system. So first would be to download a psd 960gs.

youve ordered the layout but i think is far from being approved , you not change logo & navigation , entire design looks outdated & you have some spacing problems ..

Agree with @manuelvega. In my opinion looks like a 2008 premium template. Improve more and use less lines in headers.

Find myself thinking that the typo is letting this down, not sure if this is because you have used a template and just stick any old font on it or what ? Go for a more custom look I would say, don’t make it so complex at first and then when you have your basic layout, expand on it part by part. The way I do it is by trying to make the main part that users see the most visually appealing. Do that and you will have a design that will grab the attention of any person that looks at your template.
