Why should anyone use ‘meta html’ (shortcodes) if editor already supports html? Thanks
Not all people that use WordPress know how to use HTML :)

I see no point for anyone to learn ‘[column one_half last]’ or similar crap that author invented/created. Yet all WP themes has these crappy column demos for pure html.

Why is this easier than regular html? Why is this different than
<div class="grid_4">



[recent_posts amount=6 width_per_post=”one_third”]

That for example would echo the short versions of last 6 posts in 2 rows 3 columns. Do that with HTML :)
