What do you think of Ultimatum?

Ultimatum comes in second to my mind, headway is technically more advanced and more straight forward to me.

I have both, Headway and Ultimatum. I do find that I kinda stay in Ultimatum these days. it just seems so intuitive and easy. You can shape page templates to be anything you want in very little time.

I guess I’ll truly know which I like better when licenses come due. To be fair, I should go play with Headway again and see if there’s been updates..

I looked at the showcased sites and those are one of the ugliest designs i’ve ever seen..

ROFL… then again, it is showcasing the general user that wants to build their own website. If you want to see a semi decent site built on Ultimatum look at one I built recently… http://patapuss.com.au

Thanks for sharing the site. It’s very helpful to me as I’m trying to choose between Ultimatum and Catalyst theme purchase.

Entirely agree with RubenBristian, I did not test it, maybe they have great functionality but the designs are really outdated

Seems dead, not a single blog post since may, is there any forum activity? how is support?

There is a lot going on on the forum and there are plenty of people willing to help:-).
