What do you think?

Hi there,

After making a Landing Page I decided to make a full website template based on his design. Due the high standards of Theme Forest I want to know your opinion about my template in terms of design and features.

It isn´t finished yet but it is almost there. What do you think I can improve?

I’ll have to be honest and say it needs a lot of work. It currently looks very basic and needs much more graphical work.

You also need to work on spacing, hierarchy and typography.

The drop menu is also a little funky, on initial mouse over it shows more than one menu.

Hi Everyone!

I have already submitted this template for two times but it was rejected at both. Before I uploaded I knew that it would be rejected but at the time I just wanted some indications of what could be enhanced. Unfortunately the reviewer didn´t given me a detailed opinion and because of that I can´t improve my work.

So, I would like to ask you for some feedback no my template because I thinks I can do it better just like I did with my Landing Page.

Overall I think the template looks very nice. Maybe just some minor improvements to be accepted?

• This template is very similar to your Landing Page. Maybe try some different colors/textures. I believe reviewers want to see variety when new items are added.
• Does the template include multiple color skins or multiple background textures? If not, I suggest you add some. Buyers like options.
• Need a new name for your template. There is already a TF item called “Innova”.
• Testimonials slider looks good. Nice animation/transitions. But need more whitespace under the headline text “Testimonials”. Too crowded and makes it hard to read the testimonials.
• “Buy Now at Themeforest for only $15” text should be bigger, bolder, more contrast. This should be a main point of visual emphasis.
• Need more contrast on “Buy Now” and “See the Demo” buttons. These are blending into the background too much. *I like using the same texture for button and bg, but maybe a different (complimentary) color for these buttons
• Maybe add mouseover/hover effect (maybe change colors) on 4x “Learn More” buttons.
• Blog pages & pages with lots of text: white embossed text with shadow on dark background is hard to read. Maybe consider a container for the text with light/white background + black/gray text color.
• Text links in the siderbar area (Blog Categories, Meta) need mouseover/hover effect
• Too much whitespace on left/right sides. Overall container looks like 1100+ px wide. But your main design is only 775px wide. Maybe make your design about 960px-980px wide. Then you can have larger text and still have plenty of padding/whitespace around text and other elements.

The first one is just this one http://themeforest.net/item/cuatro-landing-page/full_screen_preview/165833 with some more pages, but nothing special. As you can see by your solds of the landing page its not a top seller, so you have to change a few stuff to get accepted.
