What genre is this song?

Hey guys, One of the composers in my team wrote this song recently and I absolutely fell in love with it and I knew we had to have it up on AudioJungle. Thing is we simply couldn’t put a finger down on to which genre to put it under. At the end we settled on house but I’m still between having it in another genre. What do you guys think?

I would say the drum beat has Techno color. (4/4 bass drum and hi-hats emphasizing on upbeats) The piano style has a little Jazz style to it, because I heard some chromatic approach and melodies construced from Pentatonic scale. Also the rythmic syncopation sounded jazzy to me. The repetitive synth sound in octave movement is definetely in Minimalism style.

So I would say the genre of this song is Minimal Techno with Jazz feeling. I did not hear 90’s Japanese style at all.
