Luckily, I haven’t had any issues with missed/multiple orders. My current problem has to do with creating new posts (products). When I click “Add another attribute”, another attribute text area is supposed to appear, but nothing happens. Anyone know what could be causing this?
I can help you here: I just did this for another couple JS theme owners… contact me via the profile page… and I will get back with you.
We kept having all these strange problems with the Clothes Shop with the 2.0 upgrade. I’d send in tickets and get replies I had done something wrong. I probably spent 30 non-billable hours to my client trying to fix “my” errors. Fortunately we never abandoned the 1.9 version and it is still running OK. Too bad, I thought it was pretty decent. I guess that upgrade got out of control – we don’t know what we’ll move to for another platform yet.
I have had a great amount of experience with the Neubers and their supporting cast, as I used to be one of her auxiliary team members (support providers), but since her move to not be available have moved several customers from 1.7 -> 2.0 -> 2.1 to alternative themes… mostly using woocommerce. currently I am porting over two customers to Kresi’s theme – Propulsion, and two more over to another premium theme, both using woocommerce. Anyone need anything in the regards, feel free to reach out to me. Can you let me know how to port the products over?

woocommerce comes with a sample csv… export your posts (with metadata) via csv, then match the column headers (copy and paste)... that should (and has before) done the trick.
the closest plugin to use to export your data tables is http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/navayan-csv-export/ (little bit of a learning curve, but will get you where/what you need).
hope this helps you

Furniture Store – missing orders, orders not placed and duplicate orders.
After dealing with this for about a year, and Sarah not coming up with solutions, finally it turns out that permissions settings on three folders were the cause of orders not being placed, and therefore the customer trying to check out more than once.
Change permissions on Bills/Dl/PDF to 777.Also, you can get still get to the Wiki and some of the troubleshooting question and answers by clicking the links in “Help” in your WP backend, eCommerce, Theme Options and some of the other tabs.
Save the post, the attributes option should pop up.
