Hello guys i am here to ask you guys a little question, like last week my computer broke becasue of the hardrive, its a mac book pro, they said that they can not recover it, but i need the files like my items on grphicriver, since i spoted some errors, what should i do?

Well for now this is not solution for you, but in future always use DROPBOX, so then you will cure from any damages :)

The data is still on the hard drive, most likely. You can send it to a lab to have the data pulled off, but it can be very expensive. The last time I had this done it cost over $1,500. It depends on how much you think your data is worth.

You can also download your file from Graphicriver to your new computer, then fix the problem with the file. :)

Oh thanks guys, i thought downloading my own file was wierd and yeah… so, i should just maybe spend 3 dollars download my own file and get critisized or something, Anyways, thank you so much for all the respaonce

If GraphicRiver anything like AudioJungle you can just download the file directly from your portfolio. There should be an option for edit/download next to each of your items. Hope so. Good luck :)

+1 same for Videohive. Having ability to download own items for free is good backup option at least for work results. :-) But we still shall use other services or other drives to backup work meterials, projects files, etc.

The Marketplaces already allow that function – to download our own files for free of charge – so I think it’s not weird at all. Just browse to your portfolio and switch to list view, there would be a Download link for every item in the list. It’s very useful especially in cases like this.
