What is going on with the soft-rejected waiting list?

Hi guys,

I am having my first “baby” in the soft-rejected waiting list. And, as you may know, with the first “babies” things always tend to be a bit more dramatic than with other babies that follow – I mean you tend to worry about the slightest delay! I am sure I’ll get used to it on the next items, but now, I have to ask: My item is in the soft-rejected waiting list, and for 5 straight days it didn’t move past position 13 (hope that 13 doesn’t give me bad luck ! I read the wiki and it said there that the reviewers try not to go over 5 days waiting period, and that I should contact support if I reach 7 days… Should I contact them? Is there another problem with the uploads?

Items in the soft-rejected queue will eventually be reviewed. No need to worry. You should contact support if it pass 7 days though. I know it doesn’t feel really good at first but as u said, u’ll get used to it. Sometimes, you may have to wait a little longer than usual. Goodluck with your item.

No worries, Gabriela! I´ll work in the soft rejects que later today, so in a few hours your item will be reviewed So for the moment, there´s no need to contact support about this.
