Seriously weird stuff going on lately.. Someone purchased one of my last file and he/she complaints that it isn’t downloadable ? The purchased ribbon is viewable so it isn’t a scam or something i presume.. Hope someone can take a look at this. Already contacted support as well.
That’s strange, as i know customer can download up to 5 times same project after purchase. Just ask support that’s only option.
Never heard of 5 times download limit. I remember there were some limit, but it was something more like 40.
some customers are, how should I put it politely, er “not technically savvy” when it comes to downloading things. I had to tell many of my customers exactly how to Right click (not left click) when downloading videos from one of my sites…. I had to draw a picture/photoshop of how to right click and choose file/save target as (using a mouse graphic), and a surprisingly large number of people really need help with that… hard to believe but true (like people who don’t know “what’s a zip file?”). World is full of folks new to computers I guess.
I think it’s one of those things that you need to put up with, selling stock…. Y’know…

I also find a tendency for new users to quickly blame everything except themselves. This is frustrating, because it makes it harder to pin-point what a user is doing wrong if they don’t accept the possibility of user error.

It was odd yeah, the customer said he used Internet download manager to download projects here and that he didn’t have any issues until my project.. I guess it was something random but i was very worried that there was something generally wrong. It is solved though, sorry for the upset.
When ever buyer goes to download page there is a note on the right that says:
