I bought a theme and there is a page that is listed under sitemaps as ”/?p=1180”

I googled “wordpress /?p=1180” and I see many wordpress sites with this page showing in google.

This is basically a variable store in the URL ..

If I navigated you to http:/example.com/profile.php?id=112

I can this call this :

$user_id = $_GET[‘id’];

Then I can get everything from a SQL row that has the user id 112 by using $user_id in the mysql_query.

That make sense?
