Hi guys,
I lost my password to Payoneer account, and to retrieve it I have to provide “correct payee/vendor IDs”. I have no idea what is it

For me “correct payee/vendor IDs” wasn’t required. Contact payoneer support.

I have been trying to contact support service for more than three weeks. Each time they respond only after Nissim intervenes. Payee/vendor IDs are required. I even had to send them a photo of myself holding my photo ID and a piece of paper with “Payoneer” and date handwritten on it. Unfortunately while I was trying to register for the first time I made a mistake in my date of birth. This seems to be the cause of my problems. Service is pretty much comfortable, yet support is horrible!

Oh, now you’re scaring me dude! I signed up with them about a year ago, and haven’t used the card since, so obviously I also forgot my password and I might need to start using it as of next month O_o Nissim was always quick and happy to help, so I am certain we’ll have his reply in this thread soon!
It’s not a question addressed to Nissim, rather Envato should know the answer
Hi everyone,
I’m on vacation, sorry, that’s why it took me a few days to respond.
I’m sorry for your negative experience. I know the “prove your identity” process can be a problem (especially when you accidentally enter incorrect information when signing up), but it’s really a way for us to make sure that the only person that access your account is you. We don’t do it just to annoy you.
Anyway, I think that the reason you were asked to provide the vendor IDs in this case was specifically the reason you stated – you accidentally entered an incorrect date of birth, so your ID doesn’t correspond with your account.
You should be able to log in to your Envato account and find your ID without having to ask Envato’s support (but since I don’t work for Envato, I can’t really help you locate the ID).
If you could email my co-worker Talia at taliakl @ payoneer.com she will check out your account and help you.
I logged in to my account and there is no any ID. Even Envato support wasn’t sure what’s that mysterious payee ID
