I have a client that really likes these kind of logos. I have some designers I can outsource the work to, but I can’t tell them what’s the kind of work they have to do, I can only show them.

Can somebody entertain my desire for knowledge and tell me what are these kind of logos called? http://dribbble.com/shots/443040-squeaker-Corporate-Design-for-my-Airline http://dribbble.com/shots/136978-Logo-WIP Also, since I’m an American football fan, I would also like for my personal pleasure to know what’s the name of this logo category: http://dribbble.com/shots/238294-Shark-Logo http://dribbble.com/shots/203991-Cougar-Logo

Thank you very much in advance.

Well, Orgami is a Definition of the Piece, but perhaps not a Category that you are looking for. Sorry @ Martin.

Obviously it’s Vectors – I didn’t know you knew that. \\

I’ve been trying to think of the exact Category like: Cubist, Grunge, Angular or some other definitions I’ve come across before.

I’m just drawing a Blank right now. If I remember, I’ll post again here.

If you mean which Graphic River Logo Category then it seems they would both go into the Animals category, but if you mean what artistic styles, then i would say the bird is modern abstract (not quite cubist) and the shark is more like stylized cartoon. But nowadays there is so much mixing and merging in styles as in music – it’s great to see and hear.
