Ok, Now I can understand the standard of themeforest. Just sell any thing (even bugged). Let customers f** around the bugged theme.

Ok, Now I can understand the standard of themeforest. Just sell any thing (even bugged). Let customers f** around the bugged theme.

I only say what the rules are on support here on themeforest. I do not say not providing support is a good thing – i myself give support – so don’t react so black and white. soooo unnecessary and childish.

It’s an endless discussion and i’m already getting tired of it…

But i’ll just say it one more time:

- Themeforest = a stock market - Authors are NOT required to give support ( allthough i and many, many others think it’s needed and provide it to a certain level )

- If there are unworkable bugs and the author’s don’t react: It’s on Envato’s plate

Did you get any response from the author? Or did he just not respond anything at all? You can always fire a ticket to support and hopefully they will get back to you. Also if you need more help to solve the case, hiring a freelancer is not a bad idea :)

I think it is important to note here that whilst trying to help the author of this thread we noticed that not only has the author replied both by mail AND by item comments but they have even gone to the trouble of logging into the site to check it all works. They feel (and are almost certainly right) that adding a 3rd party plugin that did not come with the theme is causing the issue.

Of course noone likes to see buyers suffering but it is really harsh to come here accusing authors of not responding or helping when they have gone above and beyond.

Anyway I didn’t ask any help from you. My problem is not related to third party plugin, purely author’s code. any one can make money, but not buy fooling others.

Hi doru , I mailed my user name and password to author for checking, after two days he replied that he didn’t get any thing. Actually I send through his personal mail id and through theme forest profile. I send it again, after four days, he replied it is working well in his system. I send the screen shots , he couldn’t find out what is happening. Please check the comment place of his theme, you will understand how he replied . At last, I managed to find out and solved the issue, and posted on comment place. Same moment he came over there posted the same answer . Any way thanks everybody and goodbye to themeforest.

Yes, author is replied only once through mail saying that, he didn’t get user name and password of my site which i send through themeforest profile and personal mail id. And he wrote on comment place “replied by mail”, I can forward that mail to you. While checking the comment place you can understand, how he replied for five days. It is not problem of third party pluggin, Please don’t treat like every body is fools and you peoples are great.
