On every other project I try to preview I get the following text on a black screen: “Video not found or access denied: http://3.s.3.envato.com/files/1541442/Hexagon presentation preview.flv”
I’ve made sure my flash player is up to date, is this a site issue or my issue? One of my colleagues is having the same problem and has already ditched Videohive for RevoStock. I prefer Videohive as the content is consistantly high-quality. But if I have to keep wasting time tapping pages that don’t work I may bail too.

what is the item where you find the error?
AfterEffects projects and Motion Graphics.
“Hexagon presentation” was the most rencet project to give me the error, but I’ve encounted 4 others in the half hour I have been searching today…
Hi FreemanAV,
Are you and your colleague on the same network? We can’t seem to reproduce the problem on our end.

Hey, don’t you see mistake in this link?
You have to remove dot between “s” and “3”.
So correct link is http://3.s3.envato.com/files/1541442/Hexagon%20presentation%20preview.flv
It works perfectly even here in the middle of nowhere.
Interesting question where you got this broken link (you can’t broke it by copy-pasting) and how you try to play preview videos then.
Best Regards, Andrey
I presumed it was a typo when transcribing the error message from within Flash, since I can’t see how that dot would have appeared there otherwise. We’ve seen some very rare issues mainly with corporate networks with their own DNS servers not resolving a domain properly then caching that.
I didn’t copy and paste the link, I transcribed it.
Here’s another that is broken. When I copy the path and paste it into a new window it downloads the preview file, so it’s kind of a workaround, but a time-consuming one…

If you downloaded it sucessfully then is it probably problem with your environment (OS/browser)?
Best Regards, Andrey
It may be a firewall issue on my end (we’re very guarded as to what sites we can visit). When I cut and paste the path I get my internal site blocker pop up which says:
