I feel like an IE user.
I use Dreamweaver. Everytime I try to switch to another one i get frustrated.

the only reason i use DW is because of the syntax coloring. I am used to them (more than 8 years)! If i find another editor that does the same coloring i would switch without a thought!

I hate DW because it doesn’t support function Folding! You can fold code but you have to choose which lines to do and it isnt that handy!

Espresso hands down. Tried a couple of the other popular editors but I’m too used to Espresso now.

If I’m doing web development, I just use straight old Notepad not even NotePad++. I really don’t make too many mistakes when I’m coding, I’ve done it for years so I have really really good habits.

Not the case if I’m doing something in C++, C# or other programming languages though

I hate dreamweaver, but i hate change more. I’ll buy a new monitor and then change the editor, that way i’ll blame the monitor.

I hear you.

Up until about 9 months ago, I used editplus and smartftp and a PC

The PC had diahorreahah and died.

So got a 27inch mac, transmit and sublime

never looked back, in fact I start giggling when I use a PC now as they are so crap.

I learnt web dev on Frontpage, then went to Dreamweaver then to just a straight editor.

I hate anything that auto completes tho, I like to hand code.

Sublime Text 3. I love this editor but I can’t find a good color scheme for it. Anybody know where can I find the color from Notepad++ or Brackets?

I Really Enjoy Coda 2. Exceptionally Amazing. I haven’t used Sublime Text 3 though.
