My favorite food is Sarma (Google has translated it as a charm, with which I agree absolutely!) :D

It looks like this:

This have for accessories bacon and sausage, but there’s also for vegetarians with nuts, which is also great! And looks like this:

Those are made out of cabbage…are also good but the ones made using grape tree/vine leaves are much more popular here in Turkey. The thinner the roll, the better :)

I’d say Dürüm, a traditional Turkish wrap which is made from lavash or yufka flatbread that is filled with typical döner kebab ingredients. Not to be confused with Lahmacun :)

Buzara shrimps, salmon/tuna nigiri sushi, grilled chub mackerel with olive oil and garlic .

So it seems that the Sarma is very well known in tha balkans + Turkey :D here in Romania is also very traditional, I like the one in grape tree leaves :)
