I think that captcha should definitely be changed with something like this:

http://areyouahuman.com

It’s just very unfair for the users to be treated like that. I’m not talking just about Envato users, but all users where captcha is required for logging in. The characters are getting more and more complicated and unreadable. I always have problems when signing in with captcha.

Captcha can be see annoying, especially when the codes are stupidly complex to read to the point when not even an actual human can work them out!

I’m sure I read somewhere, that captcha is powered by the unreadable scans from Google Books, and they use us as a crowd to verify what it says.

Could be wrong with that though.

This is my favourite. Very pleasant anti-bot captcha & easy to quick logon.

You don’t need to write both words in Captcha .. just the one which you can read. There is always one good word and one bad one. If you write the good one, you will only need to write the same number of letters in the bad one, but it doesn’t matter what you’ll write :)

Wow, I didn’t know that. Thanks for this tip Ruben :)
