What Kind of images i can Use in My design

I want to know that some site what are not popular Like creattica, flickers but they provides the usefull images as a free wallpapers like Hollywood action movies wallpapers etc So i want to know that, can i use them in my design not only for demo in the package also after all they are free wallpapers.

You’ll need to check the license or the terms of use. You also don’t need to include them in the package, placeholders are enough

well they are not provide any license information . like howtogeek.com they provide desktop wallpaper

and if i going to submit a psd template so images is not necessary in the package

You can contact them to ask if you are allowed to use their images in templates. And yes, images are not necessary in the download package, you can use instead dummy images.
