Motherboard: http://goo.gl/cFO3P
CPU : http://goo.gl/jFrIK , amazing overclock
Memory: http://goo.gl/RDTKc , you will get 4 banks of these (16gb)
PSU : http://goo.gl/oNxV4
CPU Cooler: http://goo.gl/KL2fN , or you can go with this one: http://goo.gl/uMiby
System drive: http://goo.gl/iZTSv
Storage drive: http://goo.gl/GuqPJ , get two of these if you like
GPU : http://goo.gl/eLQ30
Display: http://goo.gl/hHnPs , this is the same display they put in iMacs 27’

All you need more is to get a case with a nice airflow, keyboard+mouse, dvd burner and you are set. Everything is tested and works perfect.

All the best.

p.s.

Can you please at least modify your thumbnail so it doesn’t have a circular cut out in the bottom right corner for the logo ? I made my thumb so it is different and instantly recognizable and now except you rounded different corners it is pretty much the same like mine.

Without a display it will be around $1200-1500 max, but you will have an awesome system for sure. For the rest of the money you can get yourself a whole lot of gummy bears to chew on :D

Well when I made my new thumbnails I had arround 50 items so… Like I said in my previous post, please change your TN, I would really appreciate it ;)

You are welcome my Greek brother ;)

Yes, but I also change all of my preview images so …

50 new thumbnail renders + 50 new preview images renders. It took me a lot of time and therefore it is even more important for me, that we have different TNs ;)

All the best.

Dang, nice list! That monitor sure is expensive, might as well get the Cinema Display if you’re going to shell out $1k just for fun! :)

Buy a Cinema Display and get yourself a glossy finish on your screen, NO thank you. I worked for some time on a glossy screen and got to tell you, never again and you don’t need that.

Unless you are working in a cave where’s no light sources, but when you are in a cave Apple design doesn’t mean a thing :D

There are far more economic solutions for display, I just stated that Dell because it is exactly the same display as in new iMac 27’. Of course minus annoying gloss finish, and you also get USB ports + card reader +...

Here is another one : http://goo.gl/jDAVY
or even this one if you are on a tight budget : http://goo.gl/52BvS – $280

These are all IPS displays, that is what you want if you are serious with graphics, photography,... If you don’t care about precise colors you can always go for a cheap TN panel display.

All the best.

I’d avoid glossy finish too at all costs.

I actually do have a cinema display, but it’s pretty old. I didn’t realise they only made them in glossy any more.

But there are better monitors around than Apple Cinema displays, but the really good ones cost an arm and a leg.
