Suggestion: Automatically detect author’s country and don’t let/allow authors to declare they are from USA (just to increase sales) when in fact they are from somewhere else. I’ve seen a couple of examples…
That’s just silly, how would that help to increase sales? :D From Top10 authors on TF only 3 are from USA, and they are at the end of that list ;) And people tend to move around the world, I’m from Poland and currently living in Malaysia, does it mean I’d have to have Malaysian flag? ;)

Well, you know what they are saying :) “don’t shoot the messenger”. It was just an idea. Not good, not bad, just an idea. :) The idea came from a freelancing website where I work, where most of my USA clients say they usually prefer to work with someone from USA. That’s from where it came from.

This is actually true, although i dont think it applies to buying someone’s itens, just when you are searching for a freelancer to work with, not sure it is because of the ease on the comunications (since most freelancers outside USA have high knownlegde of english) or just for a matter of patriotism

How about giving the buyer that will purchase the FIRST sale of an logotype, to either regularly buy it (like now) or buy the exclusivity of the logo (much higher price of course), so he retains all rights of the logo and its unique. Once again, HAS to be the first sale, to make sure someone else doesnt already got it.. Just an idea :)

Make buyers to give reason compulsory that why they rated the item 4 or below 4 stars and that reason should only be visible to author. This will help author improve the file quality.

Maybe something must be done to bring more people here? I look at the items, I see there are not many sales. I have to travel through many pages to see “1 sales”. If more people visit the items, it will be like this?
