Well for one those wouldn’t count as icons, since an icon contains an iconic element. The whole point of an icon is to cross language barriers and remove the need for labeling.

That technicality aside, those graphics would be considered individual graphics since there’s an actual “construction” (for lack of a better term) difference in the graphic.

Let’s say you have “save 10%”…”Save 40%” icons, but each icon would be provided in five different color schemes, then we wouldn’t count the color schemes as individual elements because that’s taking the same element and flipping the hue.

Do you think if i send you a email with a picture of them before i submit to the site just soi could get rid of any element that would stop the file being rejected?
