I try to wake up around 7 am but some days when I don’t have to be at the office before 1 pm I usually oversleep. Trying to go to bed before midnight most days as well.
Just trying not to oversleep since it only fargs up everything!
Few words about myself – now my schedule is 6.30 in the morning and trying to go to bed before midnight too, but sometimes I end up with 1 or 2 at night, mostly if I’ve oversleeped in the morning!
Oversleeping is a bad thing and decrease your productivity, so I find strict schedule pretty good and motivational because you’re controlling your time and don’t allow time to control you.
8 am ~ 11pm.
3-4 AM going to bed. And waking up at 1PM Sometimes. But it varies quite a lot, I can easily change it without any problem(even woke up at 5AM for a week just to see how it was).
I’m working way better in the evening, in the morning I’m quite useless and I’m easily distracted by lots of stuff, after 12AM I usually can work without checking youtube/facebook and other stuff because everyone’s sleeping .
Not the ideal schedule, but does the job for me. I usually just switch it whenever needed.
Ditto, I’m a night creature most of the time. Just woke up an hour ago and it’s 4.30PM here
For some reason I work much better when it’s dark outside and the city’s nice and quiet.
Weekdays, I go to bed at 11 pm and wake up @ 08:30AM
And Weekends, I usually wake up @ 10:30 AM
