I’m going to sleep at around 4/5AM and waking up at 1/2PM, but it can vary a lot (school and other stuff that keep me awake the entire day).

I’m a night owl…I may work in the mid morning when I arise, or catch a few hours before the sleep demons find me…I’ve learned that setting specific time aside to work, results in better production and productivity…

I don’t have a sleeping pattern. I just woke up and it’s 6am but just 1 week ago I was waking up at 6pm. How any full time online self employed person manages to have a sleeping pattern is beyond me haha.

I have started testing the waters with various sleeping tees and pills. Lets hope I can get some regularity going.

I usually wake up around 11 AM and go to bed around 1-3 AM ish. However, I try not to work past 9 – 10 PM. I have to make some time for my video games ;)

From monday to wednesday: no sleep at all, just work work work. From wednesday to sunday: rest, sleep 12 hours a day :)

Regarding your original question about the exact time, on my rest days i can’t sleep before 01:00-02:00 AM, i’m the “night type” guy :)
