Have had some good experiences with Lynda as well, but I must say I like tutorials waaay more. Start with simple and basic stuff, see http://www.gotoandlearn.com/ for some of those tutorials. Once you get the hang of those things, go create more advanced projects. I believe thats the best way to learn, in my case anyway

I did Lynda for a month. Worth the money. If you’re the type who learns from hands on training video tutorials are the way to go.

It will take years to learn from tutorials. I will take Lynda. Thanks.

the lynda tutorials are fine, as they assume you have no previous knowledge about the topics. Some of AS3 tutorials are good also, other are just bad jokes. I see that the “Flash CS4 Professional Essential Training” its made by Todd Perkins. I do not watched this particular series but the ones that he did on ActionScript 3 are not so great.

So… How I can learn AS?

mah I searched lynda.com now and it seams some old but good as3 courses were deleted. Anyway you can try the tutorials from todd perkins. They will not kill but in my opinion they are not so great. Just watch the first videos from the series, they are free. A good book its essential, also in learning as3.
